I have read more than 50 of them (and yes, paid full hardcover price) and could give you a list two miles long of people who have aided him and another list of people who have been honest and tried to warn us of Trump's wrong-doing, going back to the time Trump was given money by his father to begin his construction dreams in Manhattan. An excellent one out now is "The Breach" by Denver Riggleman and David Cay Johnson's two books and Timothy O'Brien's "TrumpWorld" fill us in on Trump's earliest lies and forays into cheating anyone in his path.
