I just tried searching:

"Websites tracking Trump's crimes" gives excellent summaries from the Atlantic, NY Times, Forbes and CNN.

On the other hand, almost nothing for the progress of Trump's dementia. As a psychologist who has conducted over 3000 evaluations - including the MOCA - the dementia screening test that Trump continues lie about - I agree with other experts who say his cognitive level is deteriorating fast.

There need to be collections of Trump's current lies. My initial search turned up the Washington Post and a number of others summarizing his 4 years in office, but very little current.
