I will reserve judgment on DOJ as Garland’s sensibilities to avoid being political dictate his actions in all matters. It is awful to wait but 45 has slowed down a lot of these processes in the courts until now that is.

I know everyone wants to see 45 held accountable as do I. I would consider thereafter immediately turning my attention to the many loopholes in our laws and work on a strategy to update them, make them more relevant and that leave less room for them to be misinterpreted as in the Dobbs’ decision and our voting rights legislation. And don’t get me started on originalism. It’s been allowed to be twisted into a thousand different directions at the whim of our current Supreme Court to please the hard right. They are way too clever and unfaithful .
