I want to point out that Jay Kuo says that one of the things that is throwing everyone off is that the Republicans are flooding the airwaves with Republican polls that show Trump leading. This is fake news. Makes me feel that polls are not to be trusted, which I have always felt. It seems designed to get Democrats to stay home. I appreciate this information. It was not even mentioned on my local or national news, but it is important to note that some judges are still fair and willing to stand for what is right. The voter roll purges need to be stopped in an even election year because it is simply unfair. People who have died can be found out online and, non-citizens are NOT registering to vote. It is political injustice or racism that are being used in the purges and that is unacceptable. Our Justice Department should be addressing these purges!

First of all, Judge Robert McBurney for the US Supreme Court - reason, fairness, clarity of judgment, and recognition that real human beings are at the other end of the decision. Next, my husband, nearly 98 year-old mom, and I voted yesterday in Atlanta. Security was there, mostly helping with parking and coming to the aid of another elderly woman who passed out, requiring a 911 call to come to her aid. Empathy was there throughout the scene.
Going in and out, I found voters, neighbors and strangers, to be upbeat and eager to cast their ballot. Urge all of you to urge others to get out there and relish what democracy looks and feels like up close and personal.
