And I hope the three-judge DCC panel issues their unanimous no-immunity opinion early in the week.

With so many balls in the air, I don't know how you keep them going around and off the gound. Stay warm, Joyce.

Joyce Vance: Apologies?

You are a WONDERFUL person and a wise legal counselor, and look how conscientious you are. After posting, you found a mistake . . . my goodness, that is only human.

But for that, now the true fact sticks the better in our memories that you had immediately notified us.

Your clients have always been lucky to have an insightful, wise counsel, and your law students are blessed to have a law professor of eminence and with a fine, jurisprudential mind.

We appreciate you!

Well Joyce, whatever are we going to do with you? It’s not like you don’t have a million other things to do in your busy life. Thanks for the update. Something about the wheels of Justice grinding slowly? I had no idea a snail could traverse the circumference of the world faster. Who knew?

You're my (our) beacon, Joyce. Appreciate the correction. I'm knitting my swatches for the master handknitting level 2 program. It helps keep me sane in these uncertain times.

That sounds so amazing! I'm taking a few days off at the end of the month to knit with some of my friends at an event in New York and I can't wait!

The concern remains , regardless of Fuhrer Trumphs legal twists and turns, he continues to walk the streets.

Why you ask? Because Garland has been a timid failure when it comes to prosecutorial hardball!

Biden should have nudged him out two years ago.

At min Trumph should have been charged immediately with Treason and placed on house arrests with federal marshals at the entrance to Mara largo until his trial played out.

Instead we are fanadging around with Trumphs immunity or impunity or right of dictatorship!

You’re not wrong. It took too long. A shortcut to that would have been a conviction at the second impeachment, which the republicans, although they all knew, and spoke, about the insurrection as directly Trump’s doing, didn’t have the balls, nor the courage, nor their patriotic duty to convict. Mitch McConnell, and the long trail of “burn the house down to get our way” are 100% accountable for this shitshow. 100%.

Dorothy, you said this well and I agree 💯%. This is exactly where my anger lies in this whole scenario. Now, I hope we see some positive accountability from “Our” Supreme Court justices (ugh) 🇺🇸

Just another reason to admire Joyce Vance: humbleness. Thoroughness.

I would love to see how you keep all of the facts for all the cases straight. I know as professionals we are very able to keep things straighter than the public. I’m a 30 year accountant and 20 year critical care RN. Retired but call back to start another program. And I don’t keep everything on paper. But I keep it straighter if I do write things down, rather than type it. Been so impressed how all the MSNBC attorneys really know their stuff. Thanks for keeping us educated. Stay warm.

Joyce good on you for your quick correction--Trump’s legal team was drafting the filing to have you found in contempt. 😉
