Linda, I certainly want Professor Vance analysis as well. My take is that the Haitian organization criminal case was brought by a non-profit with proper standing. Although rare such a case is not unheard of in Ohio. The pleading are detailed citing multiple statutory violations.
I read it as something like as a verified complaint demonstrating good cause for a warrant.
Regardless, there will be no Trump campaign visits to Springfield, OHIO.
