FRIDAY NIGHT 11/15 UPDATE from Democracy Docket. An official recount is underway on the Pennsylvania Senate race.
Democracy Docket (this time Matt Cohen) reports that the RNC & McCormick filed a 4th Lawsuit yesterday against the Centre County Board of Elections for a total of 4 lawsuits.
Yesterday 11/14's lawsuit seeks an Order stopping the Board of Elections from counting three Ballots; YES stopping the counting of exactly 3 Ballots on the basis the Ballots were Missing a date and/or had the Wong date even know the Board of Elections timely received the Ballots!
Repeat: The RNC is seeking to bar 3 Ballots timely received! IMO ( & not humble) Marc Elias & Team should NOT "shift focus". Stay the course Marc & stay in the legal Battle.
Has the city of Chicago ever seized the tower he has? Because it needs to go. There's a lot of homeless it could house as a shelter. Or even better? Turn it into affordable childcare. Turn it into a park...offset that carbon footprint.

I just got my notice from the Class Action Administrator on how & when to make my claim from the 2020 sale of my CA Bay Area house. The Administrator I told me to simply attach the closing cost document to increase my recovery substantially.

Get off the sofa and into a Courtroom to get a much better comprehension of civil & criminal law state & federal.

PS: One does not need over 30 years of litigation & trial experience against extremely well funded opponents to savor a legal victory such as saving a 3 generations family business not counting the lives & well being of the children. In the Courtroom you must bring everything you got.
So, now we have Elon Musk meeting privately with a representative of the government of Iran without the knowledge, or consent, of the current administration. Unless I’m way off base doesn’t 18 USC § 953 – Private correspondence with foreign governments apply here? Are we already on the path where Trump favorites can ignore the law of the land and do whatever they wish?
Appreciate you Joyce! After my own sleepless nights I've adopted my own mindset of "Resist, Frustrate and Reject all things MAGA." Sort of a Rosa Parks approach to not giving up her seat. They will have to take it from me. We can't make it easy for them, or give in, or form an orderly line that facilitates their BS -- simply don't comply.
