Slowly but surely (fingers-crossed here).

Thanks, Joyce. ~Colleen

Another small indicator that Justice is moving forward. Every explanation you present makes me feel more optimistic. Thank you.

Thank you for not only a clear explanation, but it is so linear. Here is a story arc and a justice arc.

Wow, was about to head to bed when I saw this. Pickleball tomorrow, but I'll just sleep a tad later. Thanks, Joyce. Great work as usual. Btw, it occurred to me that back in 2016, did Bannon vote twice, once in Florida and once in D.C.? And weren't there instances of others in trump's orbit including trumps who were registered to vote in more than one place. Guess that is what Bannon's sin was, too. I recall, trump's youngest daughter Tiffany did the same thing, I think. Shouldn't this be screamed out by Democrats whenever some of us are accused of voter fraud?

Thanks so much for your excellent analysis of the Eastman-emails ruling and significance, Joyce!

Thank you JV for your review of the Eastman FPOTUS debacle. Sooner or later it’s coming together it would seem since FPOTUS never takes good advice from anyone except the crazies, those he doesn’t feel threatened by. I am reassured each day as so many people do the right thing as Judge Carter has. Another David and Goliath moment. Stay well. Your dedication is exemplary.

Thank you. I am certain to many this will feel like a small gain, but to me it feels like a smoking gun. There has been so much speculation about the former guy not being knowledgeable enough about what he was saying that the blame would fall to those who advised him, but this puts it all into a timeline and into context. He knew he was lying and he knew why he was lying and like any grifter, he kept the lie going because there was no turning back. I hope this isn’t just the turning of the wheels of justice but also a turning point for those who have been party to the grifting. We can’t undo the past but we can take action to protect the future of democracy in our country. Thank you again for the analysis. It is so helpful and in this case hopeful as well.

Joyce Vance Esq., it’s time to educate the world on Use Immunity and its use in the treatment of those hiding behind the 5th Amendment in a Grand Jury where repeated use of The Fifth permits silence - tell us how Use can lead to Obstruction for those that prefer silence to the truth of their crimes and their actions against the public and the government.

Thank you Joyce. Great explainer for us non-lawyers. I have learned so much from you in the last few months. Much appreciated 😀

So good, so thorough, so measured as you put it. Thank you Joyce for making it so clear. Little by little.

Yes, the aggregate of details, connected, create an inarguable reality. Thank you for the clarity; and judge Carter for carefully parsing available evidence

Joyce, many thanks for all you do to enlighten all of us, but some days it would be better to dwell on your chickens!

Resounding thank you, we all feel a bit more centered. I have to ask about recent reporting in the Atlanta Constitution on Ted Cruz’ pressuring Kelly Loeffler to sign on to the fake electors scheme and Marjorie Taylor Greene’s emails pressuring Kelly Loeffler to attend a White House meeting with Trump and others to lay out plans on the fake electors scheme. All of this conspiratorial activity took place well after the courts rejected 65 of Trump’s claims of voter fraud. What are the legal implications for these members of Congress going forward?
