Question: There are NY ethics complaints pending against the Acting AG which allege serious violations. Is there any likelihood that these complaints will lead to any appropriate action against this NY licensed attorney? (I note that other attorneys have been disbarred for much less serious offenses.)

Does Blanche accept the felonies Trump committed as valid convictions?

Question: Who won the 2020 election?

Why is he even allowed to be in this position-having served as Trump’s personal attorney, why is not required to recuse himself? We know he can’t be impartial!

Why has there been no consequences to Blanche for not complying with Judge Sullivan’s Order the DOJ must release the Epstein files?

On June 26 Joyce wrote: “ DOJ has until July 2 to comply with the order. Tick Tock.”

Yet we’ve heard nothing since.

The title of Joyce’s Substack on June 26 was:

“Finally: A Judge Orders the Government to Release the Rest of the Epstein Files in a Lawsuit Filed by Katie Phang”

Who can enter documentation at the hearings of the thousands of complaints filed against Blanche with his law Board, demanding they take action to suspend his license?

Through the years I have heard from a few colleagues of Blanche how they are genuinely bewildered with this Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde-like side of Blanche. How a relatively good lawyer has turned into one who doesn’t seem to care about the ethical vows he took in becoming a lawyer and tries to side-line the ‘rules of the law’ to appease his boss. This may be a question for a brilliant therapist, but did Mimi ever see this side of Blanche? Did she ever think he displayed a lack of care for his moral or ethical obligation? I have the same question for certain Supreme Court Justices. I just don’t understand how logic gets twisted into such extreme perverse shapes when interpreting the law. Is part of the answer perhaps greed for money and power? The world is truly upside down and these players are normalizing it.

I hope that Blanche will skillfully be asked questions about the Epstein affair, ethics violations, vindictive prosecution, etc. in ways that will make his confirmation as AG as insane as it truly is.

Rigging elections, & faking climate change are no problem for Antifa commie scum? Trump & Co driving the presidential motorcade over the “repaired” liner is proof that Antifa & other commies put “criminally made algae” in the reflecting pool, poured chemicals, "violently cut the liner”…? If Trump, Blanche or box of wine Pirro say so?

When the law, the facts & science don’t matter, when criticism of or resistance to the MAGA con, grift, extortion & thuggish violence is a criminal conspiracy…

If Blanche is not confirmed, is it not true he will still be acting AG through the mid-terms? We already know he is compromised, but does it really matter at this point? Also, should Blanche not be confirmed as expected, does Trump have the ability to nominate yet another acting AG when Blanche's term ends?

I ask because I still believe Trump will quit/resign should Democrat's take control of Congress, leaving us with Vance and a new host of issues to deal with.

What can be presented in the hearing that will appeal to the politics, ethics, dispositions of Republicans? I remember the Kavanaugh hearings where Dems so enflamed the other side that the Grahams and other right leaning members fell in line behind a flawed candidate, who really was on the ropes. Maybe your guest could talk to strategy that will engage the right side of the table in also seeing Blanche as unfit. An all out battle between left and right will not have a good result, I fear. Just asking.

How can we prevent his confirmation

NO, NO, NO to the guy who has so many conflicts of interest including being former personal lawyer to Punkin' head, and who seems to have no trouble using the most corrupt interpretation of current laws, just to please the evil, orange bastard!!

It has been said that Trump whines, "where's my Roy Cohn?" Roy Cohn was Nixon's lawyer/consigliere, and would do or say absolutely ANYthing, "bend" the law, whatever, to protect his client. Having watched Todd Blanche in action, testifying, I have no doubt that Trump has found his Roy Cohn.

I also share Flam1ngo’s question if Blanche’s performance as a lawyer could have consequences with the Bar and him losing his license? Or is he being clever enough that he’s practicing within an argument-able ‘grey’ zone?

When could he face serious consequences for his conduct if he isn't confirmed? If he is confirmed and continues can t Rump still protect him?

Nothing about this has anything to do with the law. 🍊 is a law unto himself, in his mush of a mind. Victory here and there until we can bring back some judicial " normalcy".

Long and winding road.
