Carol-Ann, I am not sure what kind of trap you could use to catch chump--and I can't afford to bait it with the one thing that would interest him.
I'm in Georgia, and we DO poke the rabid dog, with a pump shotgun loaded with #4 shells. Not implying anything here, just talking about dogs to reply to your comment. We have to do it like this…
