I am here in LA and only hearing local media with their “gotcha” questions at mayor and why, at the time of eruption of 3 fires, she was not here but at an event out of country or about some alleged cut in fire services…

LA has excessively strong wind storms and extremely dry trees and vegetation.
Hopefully problem solving will kick in but I agree with you that the Climate Change issues, however complex, must be addressed and tackled.

Another interesting thing with the media—they seem to interview mostly white victims; Altadena was glanced at occasionally.
