I think the fact that this would’ve overturned a jury verdict made a difference. A lot of the other cases where the Supreme Court has shown itself to be a MAG A Court, was overturning judicial rulings.
I wish there would be a “pay by” date, after which there would be interest or penalties attached with a final date for those too. He will use every tactic and cheating mechanism to avoid paying for as long as he can.
