The first U.S. Citizen killed by a DHS Agent was Texan, Ruben Ray Martinez, 23 years old. 🙏 Ruben who was killed before Good & before Pretti. The ugly facts were confirmed by the Attorney for Martinez' family.
I will repeat my comment last night on Civil Discourse: Justice for all those killed or injured by DHS or CBP.
Let may say, tonight's Civil Discourse is powerful on many topics.
Three will likely be smiling like celebrities, waiting for their pat on the head for their loyalty to their infallible emperor and their disloyalty to the citizens of the country they are supposed to serve.
She is positioning herself perfectly for her next job. The only question is if the GOP will push back against Trump's next SCOTUS applicant.
My middle-schooler today told me that the Supreme Court will stop excessive Trump craziness because of the balance of executive/judicial/legislative branches. I was torn between pride(surprise!) that she knew about existence of Supreme Court and wisftul/sadness that apparently her teacher never taught her the trick about packing that court with new lifetime judges.
No surprise that cornyn or cruz did absolutely nothing regarding this death that just came out. They both follow dumpy lock, stock and barrel. I have written hundreds of emails to both of them. cruz doesn’t bother to respond and every email from cornyn talks about how he supports this so called president with every single issue. I hope this young man’s family hires a lawyer to get to the bottom of this. It makes me sick.
I’ve said this before, I was in law school at the same time as Cornyn. He obviously didn’t take the same constitutional law of course I did, because he has not shown any signs of knowing anything about it.
And at the same law school I might add! I called the dean and asked her to revoke his diploma because he obviously didn’t really earn it, he shows no signs of having been to law school!
TRump's approval ratings are a lot higher than they appear to be, in reality. It's totally insane that ANYONE approves of that piG. It's hard being so angry all the time when I used to be a fairly happy-go-lucky person. TRump is ruining everything, is a clear and present danger to our country and MUST be removed from office!
I CAN'T listen to or watch TRump at all. He's a disgrace. I'm staying healthy by writing postcards and calling our representatives in Washington DC, which quells my anger considerably. I am not used to being so cranky, and I do what I can to relieve the stress from it.🇺🇸
We already have a pretty good idea of the state of the disunion, and there are few adjectives sufficient to express the horror of this despicable maladministration, top to bottom.

I applaud all the justices who have rejected the illegalities of ICE, Stephen Himmler Miller, and the entire gang of sadists.
I had had a slim hope that Roberts and Barrett would finally use the Constitution rather than ‘originalism’ in the decisions. I am heartened by their tariff decision. My hope is that this is the start of a more constitutional Supreme Court, with Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh becoming the three minority votes in coming SC rulings.
I know, but what if he keels over and you miss it or one of the MAGAS goes nuts and scrambles up over the thing and punches him in the face...or someone puts their foot out when he's walking down the aisle...

I suspect that one doesn't have to be a member of the Bar to be a judge. after all, there is no requirement to be a LAWYER to be a SCOTUS justice.
