John Oliver on Project 2025
Last night in “Five Questions With”, I linked to John Oliver's piece on Project 2025, or at least I thought I did. Apparently the link didn't make it in. So here it is, with my apologies. It's about 20 minutes, just perfect with your first cup of coffee!

It was terrific as Oliver always is. However, why is it that the comedians are doing a better job at reporting what’s happening than mainstream news sources? Seth Myers, Jon Stewart & the Daily Show, Stephen Colbert, Jon Oliver. They keep me sane.
It’s true it was not. But I searched it out and found to watch before bed. I must say it only lead to a most unsettling night. It was not the first deeper dive into Project 2025 for me, but it was the first realization of just how thoroughly, deeply and committed so many have been/are to this destructive dark vision. Bone chilling.
