Elias has been involved in nearly 450 cases across 43 states and the District of Columbia, focusing on voting rights and election administration.
In 2020 he led efforts to defend election results, winning 64 out of 65 cases against attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
His litigation often targets state-level actions that violate the Voting Rights Act, such as cutting polling locations or restricting mail-in voting.
As of late 2025, his firm, Elias Law Group, was litigating more than 60 voting and election cases in 30 states.
