A very dear friend of mine just died from prostate and bone cancer.
His sufferings were terrible to see - pain relief could not help, his bowels collapsed and we all spent weeks smiling at his bedside, mopping the mess his body was covered in - and weeping in the kitchen.
I said to his wife "I would not wish this on my worst enemy!"

While this is good news, especially for the affected plaintiffs, it's still discouraging in the sense that we see it as good news instead of just normal business.
